Each state is a different kind of source, so each number means a different thing — the card says which.

“Live” means the last poll finished within the past two hours. Michigan is a control state: it publishes a statewide price book rather than per-store inventory, so it contributes reference prices and new-release signals, not shelf counts.

One row per bottle per store. “vs MSRP” compares the shelf price to a reference — our own ceiling for bottles we track by name, otherwise Michigan's published price book — and says nothing at all when there is no confident reference.

The full watchlist, and where each one is on a shelf right now. Bottles sitting at zero everywhere stay on the list — “we are watching this and it is nowhere” is the honest answer, and it is usually the true one.
